Gymnastics for everybody
It's a fun class for little gymnasts to learn the basics of rhythmic gymnastics. They learn balances, jumps, and turns, and get to practice with rhythmic apparatus. In doing this, they get to learn and play at the same time. It's a great group for future gymnasts to start with to get fundamental skills and, most importantly, to fall in love with the sport.
This class was created for students who have just started rhythmic gymnastics. It's a great group for future gymnasts to start at that age, but it can also be really helpful for dancers, cheerleaders, and figure skaters. The training program is focused on building a strong and flexible body. Girls will slowly, step by step, get to learn amazing and cool rhythmic skills safely.
This advanced-level group is designed for gymnasts who want to train intensively like our competitive team but may not meet all the requirements of the team agreement. It’s also perfect for retired athletes who wish to stay in shape and continue training at a high level.
Admission is by audition or invitation and open to former HRG team members or qualified gymnasts.
Beginners Pro is by invite only. For our more advanced beginners, who might not be ready to compete, we have this option to bridge them to our Excel/pre-competition group. Certain skills should be able to be performed to attend the group, and students should also be very motivated and mentally ready for more serious training. The plan is to bring these girls to the competitive group by the end of December!
We will be requiring a commitment for the season for this group.

Our competitive team includes Levels 3 and 4. This is by reservation only, through an invite or recommendation with an HRG evaluation.
