Valeria, a Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics National Champion and Master of Sports, achieved multi-champion status in Regional, National, and International competitions.
Following her retirement as a champion gymnast, she excelled as a coach at the Olympic School of Rhythmic Gymnastics in Ekaterinburg City, a choreographer with the Russian Circus, and the proprietor of her own gymnastics studio in Ekaterinburg City.
In February 2019, Mrs. Valeria established HRG, Houston's first professional Rhythmic Gymnastics school. By September 2020, HRG officially joined the USAG Rhythmic Gymnasts Association, with HRG gymnasts successfully representing Houston, TX at competitions.
Beyond medals and trophies, Mrs. Valeria's primary mission is to cultivate true ladies, emphasizing qualities such as discipline, good manners, self-confidence, and responsibility. She believes these skills are essential for lifelong success, with the undeniable beauty and grace of the Rhythmic Gymnast posture serving as a bonus for all the wonderful girls at HRG.

Anastasia Kashtanova,
manager of customers communications, creative director
Anastasia, a professionally trained dancer with 8 years of experience in Novosibirsk, Russia, coached at HRG for two years as a beginner and recreational coach and team ballet coach.
She holds a master's degree in linguistics from NSU, where she was also a member and choreographer for the faculty's sport aerobics team.
Although she is no longer in a coaching position, Anastasia continues to play a crucial role at HRG as the club administrator, manager of customers communications, creative director, and designer of costumes and group attire.

Lubov Burova,
competitive coach
Lubov is a candidate for Master of Sport of Russia in Rhythmic Gymnastics, a multiple winner of the Moscow Championship, and has achieved success in international competitions in both individual and group routines. Additionally, she is a winner of the Championship of Bulgaria.
With 10 years of training in Moscow and 4 years in Bulgaria, Lubov has been working as a rhythmic gymnastics coach and choreographer since 2018.
She joined us as a competitive coach in November 2022 and has become an indispensable part of the HRG team.

Anastasia Diakova,
competitive coach
Anastasia is a candidate for the Master of Sport of Russia in Rhythmic Gymnastics and Aesthetic Gymnastics. She is a repeated winner of international RG tournaments. She also holds a master's degree in marketing from Moscow University of Industry and Finance.
She earned the title of Vice-champion at the World Junior Championships in Aesthetic Gymnastics in 2005 in Pilsen (Czech Republic) and a Silver medal at the 2006 European Aesthetic Gymnastics Championships. Anastasiia also holds the title of Russian champion in aesthetic gymnastics for the years 2004 and 2007.
Beyond her accomplishments as an athlete, Anastasia became a part of the HRG team as a competitive Level 5 coach. Her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to excellence position her as a valuable asset to the coaching staff and a profound source of inspiration for aspiring gymnasts.

Elina Valieva,

Elina is an International Master of Sports and a former National Team member of Georgia.
In 2014, she showcased her athletic prowess by participating in the European Junior Championships, marking the commencement of her distinguished career in rhythmic gymnastics. Throughout her journey, she attained victory in multiple international championships, solidifying her status as a top-tier athlete. Notably, she achieved the Silver medal at the World Cup 2017 in the ribbon exercise, further highlighting her exceptional skill and dedication to the sport.
With a legacy of excellence, she made the decision to gracefully conclude her sports career in 2018.
Elina joined the HRG team in October 2023 as a competitive coach, bringing her expertise and experience to further enhance the team's performance.

Olga Litovskikh,
beginners and recreational groups coach
Olga is a former professionally trained dancer. She graduated from Moscow Technological University (MISIS) with a Master of Science degree. Throughout her time at the university and for some time after, Olga participated in the university’s Dance Group and was a member of the dance group “Todes” in Moscow.
Olga specializes in various dance styles, including Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz Dance, Modern, Acro Rock and Roll, and Folk Dances.
We appreciate Olga's passion for always learning and improving her knowledge.

Arina Litovskikh,
L3 assistant coach
Arina has a diverse background in various dance styles, including jazz, hip-hop, modern dance, and ballet, prior to specializing in aerobic gymnastics.
In April 2023, Arina became a valued member of the HRG team, initially contributing as an assistant coach for beginners and recreational groups. Demonstrating her dedication and expertise, Arina has since ascended to the position of Level 3 Assistant Coach as of January 2024, showcasing her commitment to the growth and development of the team.
